Join us the evening of Tuesday, April 23rd, when AITP Chicago hosts a powerful and important conversation where industry leader and cyber expert – Laszlo S. Gonc, CISSP, DDN QTE – shares his knowledge on “The Transformative Impact of AI.”
We will explore the dynamic role of AI in improving operational efficiencies, reducing costs, and bolstering revenue streams. We will share practical applications ranging from content development, operational expense analysis, and predictive maintenance to sophisticated quality control methodologies. Imagine an “assistant” that could automate your basic routine administrative tasks. Imagine an “assistant” that could create first drafts of communications and highly personalized marketing content for your audience. Imagine an “assistant” that could support your finance team identifying areas to reduce costs, consolidate expenses, and make better purchases.
AI is already being used by businesses across industries in many ways including: website and e-commerce optimization, customer feedback analysis, sales forecasting, financial analysis and fraud detection, customer service automation and hyper-personalized marketing at scale.
With that, implementing AI brings with it a host of new risks. We’ll underscore the criticality of robust cybersecurity hygiene practices in safeguarding AI technology investments and the introduction of new risks by AI – axiomatic risk, corollary risk, bias risk, and more.
You will find this essential and indispensable session filled with actionable ideas to assist you and your business in utilizing AI. This is a must attend event for any professional, executive and business owner.

The role of CISO (and cybersecurity) has changed dramatically over the past few years. It used to be “protect your perimeter, and all hands on deck to defend against invaders”. Now it’s more like “the company is probably breached somewhere, how do you keep the company operating safely...without getting fired...or sued...or both”. This discussion covers the top CISO priorities in 2024: data/privacy, 3rd-party risks, and personal liability.
