Diversity Panel - Engaging Emerging Technical Talent

  • Thu, November 04, 2021
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

You’re Invited to an informational Virtual Meeting.   (See Registration link below)

TOPIC:  Diversity Panel - Engaging Emerging Technical Talent Today to Ensure a Diverse Future Workforce

Chicago is the third-largest US city yet falls outside the top 5 in rankings relevant to top-tier technology ecosystems.

Chicago is home to 3 of the top universities in the world for tech and engineering. However, Chicago retains 55% of its recent software engineering graduates from universities within the city.

One of the critical things we can do to recruit and retain diverse talent is to engage with Chicago Public Students while they are still in school. We can now ensure their commitment to staying in Chicago by opening up our office for experiential and internship programs.

Hear how innovative programs like Genesys Works can help you build your tech recruitment pipeline.
