The AITP Chicago  Sponsor Program is an outstanding opportunity to directly promote your company and solutions to ALL AITP Chicago members and friends throughout the year via exposure on aitpchicago.com and on electronic communications.

AITP relies on industry service providers and technology product suppliers to support and subsidize various programs throughout the year. There are two major categories of sponsoring opportunities

• Yearly sponsorship programs
• Event sponsorship programs
  
  • Chapter Meetings
  • SIG Meetings
  • Award Programs (Most Team Award, CISO of the Year Award, CIO of the Year Awards

The Program offers different levels of partnership at varying price points and benefit levels, as well as a la carte options, to fit most yearly marketing budgets.

CompTIA AITP Chicago Sponsorship Packages

SIG Meeting Sponsorship ($400 per Meeting - Some Joint SIG Meetings are $800)

• A display table during the pre-meeting networking session.
• Logo will appear on the event item in our weekly newsletter
• A link on the AITP Chicago website event page.
• An opportunity to give a 5 minute presentation during the opening remarks
• Distribute your product information to each table before meeting begins or at registration booth
• SIG Meeting Attendance is generally in the 15-35 area.

Sponsors are allowed one person in the meeting and they would be responsible for bringing a light breakfast, lunch or snacks depending on the time of day.

Annual SIG Sponsorship ($1500-$2000)

• This allows an organization to be a primary SIG sponsor covering a year or a minimum of 4 meetings.

Quarterly Chapter Meeting Sponsorship  ($500-$1000)

• A display table during the pre-meeting networking session.
• Logo will appear on the event item in our weekly newsletter
• A link on the AITP Chicago website event page.
• Distribute your product information to each table before meeting begins or at registration booth.
• Chapter Meeting Attendance is generally in the 40-80 area.

Annual Sponsor ($7500 annually / payable in annual or semi-annual payments)

• An AITP Chicago membership for a designated executive.
• A link on the AITP Chicago Website, with logo, for one year.
• Regular mention with logo in AITP Chicago email communications.
• Tabletop display at each meeting to present literature and opportunity to sell products and services
• Regular acknowledgement during opening remarks at each dinner event.
• Company can have up to 5 employees or specific designated guests attend every meeting for the term of their sponsorship at member rates.
• Includes a meeting sponsorship at no additional cost.
  • Includes all meeting sponsor benefits listed above
  • No charge for meeting attendance for two additional company representatives.
• An opportunity to purchase additional meeting co-sponsorships at $200 each (subject to availability; benefits listed above).

Most Effective Technology Team Award Dinner Sponsorship Packages  (Attendance 100-150)

Gold Sponsor - $2,500 (Early Bird Pricing, $2.000 up until 2/15/2023)

Attendance at the Awards Dinner and Ceremony is limited to the judges, the nominated teams and 3 representatives from each of the 10-12 sponsors.

Before the Awards Dinner:

• Your logo on the Team Awards page of AITP Chicago's website with a link to your website
• Listing in our Weekly Newsletter of Events emailed to 1000+ contacts - this gives you PR for 12 to 16 weeks - the sooner you sign up, the more exposure you'll get.
• Listing in special emails promoting the event.
  
• Promotion during the Zoom interviews of the finalists - 3 meetings, 6 interview

At the Awards Dinner:

•  Name and logo on the Event Program
• Placement of your company’s literature in the registration area
• Networking with all of the nominated team members and judges prior to the dinner and after the panel discussion.
  
• Recognition of your company on a large screen during the networking session
• Seating of one of your representatives at 3 of the team tables
• Recognition of your company during the opening and closing statements

CISO of the Year Events/Mixers Sponsorship Packages

Sponsorship includes 4 Networking events (drinks and appetizers) and a table at the Awards Breakfast

Gold Sponsor - TBD (2022 rate was $11,000 - 10 Available)

• One Table at Award Ceremony
• Up to 3 Attendees at All Mixers
  
• In all marketing
• All Event Lists

We will be monitoring sponsor attendance so please be aware of how many attendees can go to an event,  If you become a sponsor and you do not attend we do not see that as participating and it could lead to your denial for next year.  We always are booked early, and we have 3 times the requests for participation than we can allow so even if you have sponsored before it does not guarantee your inclusion.

As a note:  Please nominate CISO’s.  Anybody can nominate a CISO even if you are not participating.  The CISO has be in their role for at least a year and continue employment in the role through August of the Program year to be eligible and participate.   We have a fairly high refusal rate  so please remember the more CISO’s you nominate the better chances you will see one of your nominees participate.
