Topic:   Focus on DEI in Tech and Cybersecurity

Technology and Cybersecurity are lacking in diversity talent at the entry and senior leadership level across the industry.  This lack of diversity has proved to be problematic as it not only reduces access to high quality careers for the DEI talent pool it also causes decreased outcomes in business.

We will discuss research demonstrating the impact and importance of diverse teams.  Provide examples of how to attract, train, maintain and develop diverse talent in Technology and Cybersecurity. Share relevant information regarding unconscious and implicit bias and cultural awareness and how to improve DEI programs across teams and organizations
