He is a founder and CEO of SCT Alternative, Inc. the management consulting company with the focus on digital transformation. Before that, he worked for a number of companies, including Deloitte & Touché Tax Technologies, Xerox Capital Services, GE, Citadel Investment Group, Trading Technologies, HBOC Enterprise Systems, and few others.
Vadim is actively involved with the Chicago business community. He is a longtime participant and current Chair of the Chicagoland chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC USA).
Vadim holds a master’s degree in physics and computer science from Belarusian State University.
